Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy:

If within 7 days of receipt of your delivery you are unhappy with your purchase we will attempt to reasonably put the matter right either by means of CreditˆRefund or Exchange. We will accept any items you are unhappy about subject to the Distance Selling Regulation 2000 where you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery (7 day cooling off period). All monies including the original delivery cost are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period. The goods should be returned back to us and the cost of delivery will need to be covered by you.

Goods must not have been used and be returned in the original packaging with all labels and tags still intact/affixed. Goods must be in a resalable condition (we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced). We recommend goods are sent back on a recorded insured delivery service and packaged in a secure/adequate manner as we cannot be liable for their loss or damage whilst in transit. You must inform us by email of your wish to cancel the contract to return goods for credit or exchange prior to return and within the 7 day cooling off period ending.

The goods should be returned back to us and the cost of both inward and outward delivery will need to be met by you. Please review your order form to confirm that you have ordered the correct goods to avoid any misunderstanding. Paid orders that are cancelled less than 24hrs before delivery will be subject to an administration charge of 5% and possibly a delivery charge if the goods have been dispatched already.

Delivery costs can only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part. All credits will be processed within 30 days. As per your Statutory Rights the goods we supply must be fit for purpose, match any description given and be of satisfactory quality. Where appropriate the goods may be subject to the conditions of a Manufacturers guarantee and within the Guarantee period if they become faulty we will repair or replace for the same specification if a fault occurs we will repair being the first option. However we cannot repair or replace within the Guarantee period if the damage is as a result of fair wear and tear; the product has been subject to misuse or modification; the products has suffered inexpert or attempted repair; or damaged caused in transit by returning the goods in inadequate packaging. You must inform us by email of all returned goods prior to their dispatch to us, giving reason for their return.

Helmets are a safety item and therefore once received are none returnable as we can then no longer guarantee its condition for re-sale. Therefore we recommend helmets purchased to be collected from the shop where the person whom the helmet is for must try it on to make sure if fits correctly. Once a helmet has left  our shop it cannot be exchanged or retuned. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
