The standard model features Yamaha's UBS (Unified Brake System) that automatically adjusts braking force to the front and rear brakes. For an added sense of stability the Tricity is also offered with optional ABS – giving riding confidence on slippery surfaces such as cobblestones.

The new Tricity 125's connected 4.2-inch TFT display offers increased functionality, with a choice of display modes and adjustable brightness. Fuel saving Stop & Start system
The Blue Core 125cc EURO5+ engine is an extremely economical design that makes the Tricity 125 one of the cheapest ways to move in the city. Its Stop & Start system automatically cuts the engine when you're waiting at traffic lights, saving fuel and reducing emissions.
