The sophisticated Yamaha XENTER E high-wheel electric scooter is ready to introduce you to a special commuting experience that is like no other. Plugged for the city
The special combination of its 16-inch front and rear wheels and spacious underbone frame – along with a large footboard area and newly developed suspension – give you a stable and comfortable ride on various city street surfaces. The battery is located in the middle of the chassis to centralise mass for agile and responsive handling, and there’s a special reverse function to facilitate parking.
The 5-inch TFT display shows driving speed and power output, and once you’ve downloaded the Yamaha Motor On app to your smartphone, you can also view turn-by-turn navigation, making every journey easier and more enjoyable. The Traction Control System and ABS reinforce riding confidence on uneven or slippery surfaces – and with an underseat capacity that can handle a full-face helmet* as well as keyless ignition and a USB Type C port, this new high-wheel electric scooter is big on everyday functionality.

The special combination of the high-wheel design together with a large footboard, comfortable dual seat and an upright riding position provides easy access and exceptional riding comfort, together with feelings of confidence and stability.

The slim and dynamic body together with a premium finish in Platinum Silver or Midnight Black underline the XENTER E’s modern and stylish lines. Its contemporary looks are reinforced by the LED headlight and vertical position light – as well as the LED taillight and LED flashers – to give this electric Urban Mobility scooter a very special look and feel.

The compact eAxle power unit has been developed to provide strong, smooth and linear acceleration that’s ideally suited to the urban environment. The efficient belt drive transmits power to the rear wheel and provides a silent and seamless ride, making your everyday commute more enjoyable and relaxing.
3.5 kWh lithium-ion drive battery
The XENTER E’s L-shaped 3.5 kWh lithium-ion battery gives up to 108 km range* and has been specially developed to offer a number of important advantages over other designs. Located in the middle of the chassis, it achieves a low centre of gravity that ensures agile handling – and its L-shape also helps to optimise the underseat storage space. (* WMTC1 mode with a battery temperature of 25 degrees Celsius.)
Convenient on-board charger
Charging the XENTER E at home is easy thanks to the on-board 800W charger located in a dedicated side pocket. Featuring an ultra-quiet and fan-less design, it can charge your battery from 0% to 100% in 5.5 hours – at home via domestic outlets using a dedicated cable, and away from home you can charge the XENTER E using an AC Type 2 cable at a public charger**. (**Please refer to the Owners' Manual for precautions on the use of household electrical outlets for charging.)
Spacious frame with flat footboard for comfort and confidence
The XENTER E benefits from a newly designed underbone frame with a 1,485 mm wheelbase and 790 mm seat height. This spacious and lightweight design gives a natural and upright seating position for a comfortable ride on every journey. And its layout also makes getting on and off easy, with the large and flat footboard area allowing you to choose a riding position that best suits your size and physique or riding style.
16-inch wheels and 245mm disc brakes
The high-wheel XENTER E is equipped with 16-inch wheels both front and rear, which provide confident and stable roadholding over bumpy and uneven city road surfaces such as cobblestones or tram lines. And for smooth and powerful braking, the XENTER E features single 245-mm disc brakes at the front and rear that are equipped with an anti-lock braking system (ABS).
Smooth long-travel suspension
Riding comfort is high up on the list of priorities for Urban Mobility riders, and the electric XENTER E will not disappoint. The long-travel front forks give 100 mm of wheel movement while the twin rear shocks offer 97 mm suspension travel at the rear for a super-smooth ride. Combined with the 16-inch wheels and stepped dual seat, you and your passenger can expect premium comfort on every ride.
5-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity
Wherever you’re going, the XENTER E’s 5-inch TFT display is designed to give you a range of useful ride information to make your journey easy and enjoyable, or to select your riding mode. Smartphone connectivity allows you to stay in touch with friends, family and work – and it's easy to check battery output and remaining charge.
Three riding modes, TCS and APSG
XENTER E riders can adjust performance and range by selecting from three riding modes – S, T or E – to suit their riding style and get enjoyment from every journey. The Traction Control System (TCS) gives you added confidence by helping to prevent rear wheel slip when accelerating on uneven or slippery road surfaces – and the APSG * wireless throttle gives a natural feel with excellent controllability. Underneath the dual seat you’ll find enough storage space to hold a full-face helmet – depending on size and shape. It’s also a great place to carry your personal items, bags or groceries, making the XENTER E a practical and functional scooter that makes everyday commuting easier and more enjoyable.
Everyday conveniences
We’ve equipped the XENTER E with a range of useful features designed to make your daily rides simpler and easier. Keyless ignition means you can access the underseat storage and start the scooter as long as you have the Smart Key with you, and there’s a reverse function that makes it easier to manoeuvre into tight or sloping parking spaces. The front pocket holds a convenient USB Type-C charger, and a foldable hook for carrying bags is located at the rider’s knees.
